Who We Are
Rev. Kathy Reid Walker
Pastor
My Pronouns are: She/Her/Hers
Kathy comes from a long line of ministers and missionaries. Never intending to follow the generations before her, she nevertheless heard God's call and was ordained to the Presbyterian Ministry of Word and Sacrament in 2007. She is a graduate of Luther Seminary (MDiv) in St. Paul, MN. In addition, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Pastoral Counselor and will soon be certified in Health and Life Coaching. Through her ministry and reflecting the biblical imperatives, Kathy pursues her passion for peace and social justice -- especially for those who are most vulnerable and for all of creation. Kathy loves (in no particular order) dancing, improv, reading, cooking, music, sewing, dogs, peanut butter, and dark chocolate. Her husband, Bilhenry, is a prolific sculptor. Kathy is a Minnesotan at heart and enjoys returning there to visit children and grandchildren.

Rebecca Poquette
Office Administrator
Lifelong Wisconsin resident, mom of 3, married to Ryan Poquette our Handbell director. Awareness Coordinator for the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation, 8 on the Enneagram, and Parent to Parent of WI support parent. She is also an Elder on our Session. When she isn't in the office you may find her singing during worship.

Ryan Poquette
Handbell Director
Ryan Poquette studied violin and music at UWEC and is currently serving as concertmaster for both the Eau Claire Chamber Orchestra and the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra. He plays with the Chippewa Valley String Quartet and Duo col Legno. Ryan is a founder and president of the Clear Water Chamber Players, a non-profit chamber music performance organization. He has played extensively with groups throughout the Midwest

Deacon ministry focuses on connectional and compassionate service by seeking to encourage members and friends of the congregation with calls, visits, and cards throughout the year.
